We are excited to announce Mr. Denton’s promotion to Assistant Project Manager. Mr. Denton has been with Hoskin Ryan for 14 years and held the position of Senior Project Designer. Over the years, Mr. Denton accumulated extensive experience in land development and civil engineering design, with a focus on roadway design, site planning, grading and drainage, water and sewer infrastructure. Working on various master-planned communities and residential subdivisions throughout the valley, Mr. Denton utilizes his CAD background as the basis for construction document preparation and site design, and provides earthwork and turning movement modeling to assist the project team. Key projects that Mr. Denton contributed to are Vistancia, Sienna Hills, and Arroyo Norte.
The Hoskin Ryan team was contracted by M3 Companies to provide entitlement, survey, preliminary, and final engineering design services for Wickenburg Ranch (Parcel Q, Parcel P, and Parcel G), a 2,160 acre master planned community located just northwest of Phoenix in the Town of Wickenburg, Arizona. Major site constraints include hillside development, multiple water pressure zones, and 404 jurisdictional washes. In providing a more conforming site plan, significant costs savings were made by reduction of retaining walls, and by providing more efficient street and utility infrastructure. Hoskin Ryan is responsible for all civil engineering design including paving, grading and drainage, water and sewer, storm drain and stormwater management.
