103rd Avenue & Durango Street

Hoskin Ryan was the lead civil engineering consultant on this 60-acre residential development located on the northwest corner of 103rd Avenue and Durango Street. The project included rezoning entitlements, preliminary design, final construction documents and survey services. The development yields 291 single-family lots with a gracious amount of open space utilized for site amenities and storm drainage purposes. Hoskin Ryan processed a rezoning application for this project which received unanimous vote. The project required extensive coordination with SRP, as USA FEE Title land was present. This required land exchanges to occur between our client and the USA. Hoskin Ryan aided in the legal description preparation for these exchanges.
