Hoskin Ryan prepared Construction Documents for 18,000 linear feet of 12-inch public water line within the existing right of way and improved 26th Street. To minimize the impact to the residents during construction careful consideration was given to the placement of hydrants and air release valves, along with the water line horizontal alignment. In addition, Hoskin Ryan provided detailed topographic cross sections along the alignment with thorough utility research and coordination. Conflicts with utilities, culverts, and other existing improvements were identified and resolved during the design process.
