Brown & Crismon Road Sewer & Water Improvements

Hoskin Ryan prepared detailed construction plans for approximately 4,800 linear feet of sewer main (8” to 10”) and 3,100 linear feet of water main (12” to 16”) located with the right of way of Brown and Crismon Road, City of Mesa. The project commenced with a detailed topographic survey of the project area, enhanced by detailed cross sections of critical areas. The plans were prepared using the latest City of Mesa Engineering Procedures Manuals and the amended MAG Standard Specification and Details. All review comments were reflected on the construction plans and responses summarized in a narrative format returned with the re-submittals. An emphasis on Quality Control allowed the firm to meet the project deadlines and maintain the construction schedule.
Hoskin Ryan continued with the project after the construction plans were approved by preparing an Engineers Estimate of Probable Construction Costs and by answering all RFI’s from the contractor.
