Carver Ranch Estates Sewer Main Replacement

Hoskin Ryan was directed by the City of Tempe to design 2,600-linear-feet of new 8-inch Vitrified Clay Pipe main line, 9 manholes, and 36 replacement services with the existing right-of-way at Carver Ranch Estates, a 36-lot subdivision within the City of Tempe. The subdivision is in need of a sewer rehabilitation program to replace its entire gravity sewer system including manholes, main-line, and services.

Hoskin Ryan will provide duplicate functioning system and coordinate “tie-overs,” while keeping all existing residences with active sewer service. Hoskin Ryan conducted ground level survey and mapping of the constructed subdivision, utility research, conceptual design for conflict avoidance, and final construction plans meeting State of Arizona Administrative Code Standards. Estimated completion date by April 2015.
