City of Phoenix: Transportation 2050
Hoskin Ryan partnered with the City’s Transportation Planning Department on four Project Assessments. Using data from the City, Hoskin Ryan prepared an Existing Conditions Report. The group reviewed existing right-of-ways, provided an analysis of deficiencies and prepared a detailed narrative. A Recommended Improvements Report was prepared that identified pavement, landscape, storm drains, irrigation, electric, street lighting, traffic signals and right-of-way needs for each corridor and presented the design concept on base maps, along with an Opinion of Probable Cost and Executive Summary for each project. Project types and costs varied from $8.2 million to $26.9 million.
