Traviano Master Planned Community

This 2,194-acre master planned community is located is within the County of Pinal and the City of Casa Grande’s planning area boundary. Hoskin Ryan provided survey services for the client in order to annex the development into the City of Casa Grande and land use planning services to foster the planned area development. These services included rezoning, the creation of a development guide and the processing of the minor general plan amendment. Hoskin Ryan also provided graphic design services, including the illustration of the conceptual site plan, landscape concepts, circulation plan and zoning. Traviano will provide a future gateway into the City of Casa Grande. The project creates a sustainable community through a range of residential options, open space concepts, integrated schools, commercial development and employment and provides for optimum community involvement and interaction. Traviano consists of residential housing at density of four (4) dwelling units per acre for approximately 8,778 dwelling units, 469 acres for regional and general commercial and 364 acres of open space for recreation, exercise and aesthetics.
