Lux Air – Goodyear, Arizona
Hoskin Ryan prepared a Record of Survey in support of the planning and development of numerous lease parcels for Lux Air Fixed Base Objectives at the Phoenix-Goodyear Municipal Airport. The project effort required that Hoskin Ryan conduct an extensive boundary survey of the 949-acre site which lied within four (4) sections of land. Associated project duties included boundary research and mapping of taxiways, roadways, fuel dispensary facilities, fences, and key driveways areas. The Taxiway alignment was determined from field evidence, and lease parcels were defined and located to the ground according to client objectives and space needs. The final deliverables included; a record of survey, project boundary control map with ties to the project boundary, legal descriptions for all lease parcels, and lease parcel maps with topographic features illustrated.
