This project along the Arizona border initially consisted of approximately 170 fixed communication towers and four control facilities. The diversity and remoteness of the sites required a significant level of attention to minimize disturbance to the surrounding native environment while ensuring construction access and future maintenance access was provided. Hoskin Ryan provided the necessary topographic surveys, Hydrology reports, civil construction documents for tower sites and access roads, SWPPP, Site Assessment reports, and construction staking. Hoskin Ryan and Alpha capitalized on their previous teaming relationship to meet the needs of the shortened schedule.
