Hoskin Ryan performed civil engineering and land surveying services for this 4 acre premium garage storage facility. The Toy Barn provides individual garage storage units for owners that need space for items such as exotic and classic cars, and multi-million dollar RVs. This site is located within a FEMA Floodplain and required heavy emphasis on drainage design. In addition, the site required demolition of existing structures, and existing asphalt, which was re-utilized for base course material for the new improvements. This is the second project Hoskin Ryan completed for this storage developer, which will enhance the City of Scottsdale upon its completion.
