White Tanks FRS No. 3 Outfall Channel Construction Services
Hoskin Ryan provided the design for a 5-mile long channel project from FRS No. 3 to FRS No. 4 along Jackrabbit Trail. The channel is designed to convey the larger of the PMF flows from the principal spillway or the 100-year local runoff intercepted by the channel. A Technical Data Notebook was prepared and submitted to FEMA along with the HEC-RAS model, the design plans, work maps, annotated FIRMs and FEMA forms. The subsequent FEMA LOMR approval removed several existing structures from the 100-year floodplain.
