Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce Allison Marshall, AIA, RID has joined as Vice President and Institutional Practice Area Leader. In this role, she will lead the firm’s institutional business sector which includes K-12, higher education, and healthcare markets.
With over 15 years of experience, Allison brings a wealth of expertise in driving business development initiatives and orchestrating strategic solutions. Throughout her career, Allison has demonstrated her commitment to innovative design solutions and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the institutional market sector.
Prior to joining Huitt-Zollars, Allison worked for a top 10 global AE firm where she co-directed a studio of design professionals specializing in education, civic, cultural, and sciences projects. During that tenure, she increased regional revenues in an emerging practice area market with a project win rate of over 70%, revamped organizational business and client engagement strategies resulting in 135% revenue increase, and developed regional market strategies including creating a regional team of practice area experts across four Texas offices. Allison received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston after studying mass media communication. She is a registered architect and interior designer in the state of Texas.
