Congratulations to Alyssa Ardourel! Alyssa, an Associate and Civil Engineer in our Seattle office, was recognized with the Young Leader Award by the American Public Works Association - Washington State Chapter. This award recognizes and encourages young Public Works leaders who demonstrate commitment to the Public Works profession and show potential for future growth with APWA.
Alyssa has been instrumental in forming the WA Chapter's new mentorship program set to launch in early 2022. Her leadership with this initiative and as Co-Chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee sets her apart. "From her mentorship and education efforts to unexpected site visits during COVID to her relentless preparedness and problem solving, Alyssa is truly a young leader in the Public Works field."
