Huitt-Zollars Announces John J. Kluber, PE, MBA as Vice President and MEP Discipline Leader

Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce John J. Kluber, PE, MBA, has joined as Vice President to lead the firm’s MEP engineering practice. He will provide leadership for the firm’s MEP disciplines and lead business development initiatives across all market sectors. He will be based in our Fort Worth office.

John brings over 30 years of diverse experience as a mechanical engineer in the education, federal, industrial, and healthcare markets. His previous experience includes serving as Director of MEP for national and international top-ranked ENR design firms. John is a licensed engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. In addition, he has demonstrated technical proficiencies with certifications in healthcare construction management (CHC); healthcare facility management and design (CHFM, HFDP); high performance building design (HBDP); energy management systems (CEM, CPEnMS); and plumbing design (CPD).

John earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He has been the recipient of multiple awards and civic honors including the Georgia Tech College of Engineering Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni Award, and he currently serves as the Advisory Board Chair for the SMU Mechanical Engineering Department at the Bobby B. Lyle School of Engineering.
