Huitt-Zollars, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Francis Wall, PE, LEED AP to Senior Vice President and Practice Area Leader for the public works market. In this role, he will lead business initiatives for the public works sector, continuing to grow and develop this practice area throughout Huitt-Zollars’ service area.
Fran, currently Managing Principal of our Seattle office, has been with Huitt-Zollars since 1988. With over 35 years of experience, he has led some of Huitt-Zollars’ largest and most complex infrastructure and facility engineering projects. He is currently serving as Project Manager for the Pierce Transit MOBI project and has also managed several transit and public agency projects in the Seattle/Tacoma area.
Fran’s technical skills, attention to cost savings, and personal commitment to each project have earned him the respect of clients, contractors, and public agency representatives alike. His practical knowledge and technical expertise dealing with infrastructure development issues have been instrumental in the firm’s success in the development, planning, design, and construction of several major public works, transit, and industrial projects. Fran’s specialized experience also includes storm drainage master planning and design, roadway design, and utility system design.
Fran earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
